Throughout history the visual image has proven to be a very powerful force that can touch and move the human spirit. I try to make a difference in the lives of homeless animals in Jackson County through my illustrations, photographs, and graphic design. As Communications Manager, my job is to inform the community about Southern Oregon Humane Society’s unique mission and successful programs. Since 1928 SOHS has played a significant role in saving the lives of homeless animals, preventing unwanted litters and providing outstanding humane education programs. I am enthusiastic about sharing our message of partnership that connects pets, people, and community.
Away from work I am an avid hiker, bird watcher and horse person. I enjoy exploring nature on foot or on horseback accompanied by one of my dogs.
